CHIPKEY- generates continuous sequence of short impulses with CMOS standard amplitude as shown above. Sequence of time intervals Ti, between the nearest impulses arranges informational code CHIPCODE that has been patented. Schem
CHIPCODE is different in structure from traditionally used for chipcards - Manchester-code and similar codes.
CHIPCODE is asynchronous time-impulse type of codes, which is more preferable to be used for one channel communication line, like: - RF-channel, optical fiber or acoustic lines and main power lines.
CHIPCODE recognize the break of bit sequence just after the bad bit occurs, while Manchester-like code require to analyze whole code word construction to detect false transaction.
CHIPCODE allows transferring of every bit of information with arbitrary interval between every bit like in Morse code.
CHIPCODE, in spite of asynchronous transfer (with possible floating of voltage supply, or interference with time disturbances), could be reliably decoded due to autosyncronization on the level of bit construction, and autosyncronization on the level of word construction.
CHIPCODE improves reliability of large distance code receiving due to the rather high amplitude of short impulses while average transmitter power consumption remains low.
CHIPCODE provide highly economic power consumption in transmission process.
CHIPKEY can be used as a coder device for large variety of electronic circuits and all entire features described above advance read out technologies for proximity and remote CHIPKEY identifiers and are successfully utilized in our piezopowered electronic circuits for Batteryless Electronic Systems like CHIPLOCK devices or Batteryless Remote Control

Topology of microchip CHIPKEY has been registered at Russian Patent Agency.
CHIPKEY microchips are coded at the step of last photolithography on the wafer and due to the very large amount of combinations all of the chips bear unique codes.
